Do we really care about our own blood?

It is important for us to recognize the importance of taking care of our blood for a healthier life. Regular exercise, eating nutritious foods, and reducing stress are ways to ensure the care of our blood, but it is also important that we undergo annual medical exams to monitor the health of our blood.

We often forget about the hematologist because we focus on more immediate decisions. We do not relate our current symptoms to possible hematological problems that in the long term could affect us.

It is common for us to wait until we promote visits to the hematologist when we notice some abnormality in our health, which increases the risk of eliminating possible hematological diseases by not having regular follow-up. Thus, the best way to reduce problems related to health is to perform periodic exams, as this can ensure an early diagnosis of a hematological disease.
